The seat sale

Five hundred Syndicate seats will be sold once, before launch. The sale opens when the contracts are deployed.

What is being sold

A seat is a Syndicate: one of the 500 desks through which all Sukuk capital is raised. Every Sukuk names a seat. For each tranche, the seat's owner chooses the Agency that manages the capital the seat raised. The seat receives a raising fee, set at 1.2% a year of that capital and paid in SUKUK, while the capital is deployed and its Sukuks stay locked. A seat that raises nothing receives nothing. Each seat also carries 1,000 SUKUK, locked for 48 months.

A seat is an NFT. It can be sold later through a gated path with a public notice period.

How it will be sold

First, a whitelist round: each wallet on the list can buy one seat at $500. Then a 72-hour sealed-bid auction for the remaining seats. Every winner pays the same clearing price, never less than $500. At least 250 seats must sell, or every payment is refunded. Payment is in USDG on Robinhood Chain and stays in escrow until launch. If launch does not happen by the published deadline, every payment comes back.

A bid that is not revealed in time forfeits its deposit if the sale clears. The full rules are in The seat sale.

Why it matters

Seats are where capital meets judgment. A seat owner decides who manages the capital their Syndicate raises, and is paid for raising it. There are 500, and there will not be more.

Join the whitelist

Add a wallet to register interest. Whitelist places are allocated by SukukDAO, weighted toward people who can bring capital to the Syndicates, and vetted on real engagement and a record of past launches. Adding a wallet does not guarantee a place. Registered Agency wallets cannot buy seats.

We store only the wallet address and when you added it. No name, no email.

The address you will buy the seat from.

What happens next

The contracts are in review ahead of an external audit. Before the sale opens we will publish the whitelist window, the auction dates, the reveal window and the launch deadline. Until then, read the structure, the risks and the disclaimer. A seat is a commitment of capital to a new protocol, and you can lose what you pay.
