Disclaimer
Not an offer. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any token, security, Sukuk, Syndicate seat or other instrument, in any jurisdiction. This site describes how the SukukDAO protocol works. Taking part is your own decision, made through your own wallet.
No advice. Nothing here is financial, investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, and nothing here is a recommendation. Get your own advice from a qualified professional before you act.
Risks. Taking part in SukukDAO carries a high risk of loss. You can lose some or all of what you put in. The underlying trade finance can default. Losses are burned from locked Sukuks at backing per token, which can take most or all of a Sukuk. SUKUK's price can fall far and quickly, and there may be no buyer at a price you want. Locks, impairments and notice periods can stop you leaving. The smart contracts can fail. Signers, keepers and other operators can make mistakes or act badly. Read Risks in full.
Availability. SukukDAO may not be available, and taking part may be unlawful, where you live. Access may be restricted or blocked in some jurisdictions. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to you.
SukukDAO is not SukukFi. SukukDAO and SukukFi are separate entities. SukukDAO deploys tranche capital into SukukFi's duPRT vaults as a venue. SukukFi does not run, endorse or guarantee SukukDAO, its Sukuks, its seats or SUKUK.
The word "Sukuk". SukukDAO uses the word Sukuk to name its instruments. It does not mean that they, the protocol or SUKUK are certified as Sharia compliant. No scholar, board or other body has certified or approved them.
No guarantee of return. Nothing on this site promises or implies any return, profit, credit or price for SUKUK, Sukuks, seats or stakes. Figures and examples on this site illustrate how the mechanism works. They are not forecasts.
Information may change. The protocol is not yet deployed. Parameters marked "set before launch" are not decided. Details on this site may change before launch, and the deployed contracts are the final record of how the protocol works.
